Rich is a founding partner and our Chief Financial Officer. He oversees all affiliations and financial matters for the firm, as well as provides business tax strategy consulting and reviews.

Rich has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of corporate and personal tax planning. He has been an Enrolled Agent for 13 years, and is a member of both the National and California Association of Enrolled Agents. Rich has been a Credited Tax Advisor with ACAT since 1991.

A San Francisco native, Rich earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Francisco State University. He is a member of the Tamalpais Men’s Club and does volunteer work for the Salesian Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco.

In his leisure time, Rich likes to golf, play bocce ball, bowl, go up to Tahoe, and attend football games…Go Niners!
