Case Study
Challenge: A fast growing sport
training and fitness company approached InConcert Financial
Group to build an organizational structure and financial system
that could accommodate growth, and research relevant markets
for expansion.
Process: InConcert Financial Group’s
business consulting team first conducted both an employee
and client feedback session, as well as a detailed financial
audit to identify the key challenges faced by the company.
The next step was to map out processes for overcoming those
challenges and capitalizing on strengths. In addition, the
team conducted local market research to analyze the competitive
dynamics and gain an understanding of high demand areas for
the sport training and fitness services.
Solution: In close partnership
with the client, InConcert’s consulting team formalized
the organizational structure, developed a new compensation
system, and implemented a financial management system that
included a closely monitored budget and a profit enhancement
plan. A critical strategy was the recruiting and hiring of
a General Manager to take the administrative load off the
owners, and to implement the new systems and procedures efficiently
and effectively. The consulting team also identified strengths
and weaknesses of the client in various market segments. Based
on this relative analysis, a specific action plan was put
in place to allow the client to improve its competitive position.
